Can I try out a class before I sign up?
Most of our instructors encourage you to try out a class before you sign up. Call the location you are interested in attending to find out which class would be best to try.
Do I need a uniform for the first class?
No, just come in some good. work out clothes that you can move around well in.
Where can I buy a uniform?
Your instructor may have some at the gym. If not one can easily be order for you.
